These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you access or use the ApplyNexo website and the job-search services, content, and features available through it (collectively, the "Services").

ApplyNexo is operated by Traffivo LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Traffivo," "ApplyNexo," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using ApplyNexo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What ApplyNexo Does

ApplyNexo helps people discover employment opportunities available from employers, job platforms, recruitment services, advertising partners, and other sources.

Job information displayed on ApplyNexo generally comes from third parties. ApplyNexo is not the employer offering those positions and, unless we specifically state otherwise, does not participate in interviewing candidates, selecting applicants, making hiring decisions, negotiating employment terms, or employing candidates for jobs displayed through the Services.

Selecting a job may take you to another website to view additional information or submit an application. Once you leave ApplyNexo, your activity is governed by that website's own terms, privacy practices, and policies.

ApplyNexo is a job-discovery service. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, responses from employers, job offers, compensation, or any other employment outcome.

2. Job Information Comes From Third Parties

Job listings and related information may be supplied by employers, job boards, recruitment platforms, advertising networks, publishers, data providers, and other third parties.

We may organize, format, categorize, filter, or otherwise present this information to make jobs easier to discover.

Although we may take reasonable steps to improve the usefulness and freshness of the information displayed on ApplyNexo, we do not independently verify every job listing.

As a result, a listing may occasionally contain inaccurate or incomplete information or may remain visible after a position has been filled, changed, withdrawn, or expired.

Information about compensation, benefits, qualifications, location, schedules, remote-work arrangements, employment type, or other job conditions should be confirmed directly with the employer or the third-party site responsible for the listing.

If compensation or another value is identified as an estimate, it may have been calculated or supplied by a third-party source rather than stated by the employer.

If you find a listing that appears inaccurate, expired, misleading, or inappropriate, you may report it to us.

3. We Are Not the Employer

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, neither ApplyNexo nor Traffivo LLC is:

• the employer offering the position;
• the employer's hiring representative;
• the job seeker's representative;
• a party to an employment application or employment agreement; or
• responsible for an employer's hiring or employment decisions.

The presence of a job on ApplyNexo does not mean that we have investigated, approved, recommended, or guaranteed the employer, recruiter, position, compensation, workplace, or opportunity.

Employers and other third parties are solely responsible for their own hiring practices, representations, employment decisions, and compliance with applicable employment laws.

4. External Websites

ApplyNexo contains links to websites and services that we do not own or control.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, hiring practices, products, services, or conduct of third-party websites or their operators.

A link appearing on ApplyNexo does not necessarily mean that Traffivo LLC endorses or recommends the company, website, employer, recruiter, or service associated with that link.

Before submitting an application or providing personal information, you should review the privacy policy and terms of the website receiving that information.

Your dealings with an employer, recruiter, job platform, advertiser, or other third party are between you and that third party.

5. Paid Relationships and Job Links

ApplyNexo is a commercial service.

We may have business relationships with employers, job platforms, advertising networks, publishers, recruitment services, or other partners whose jobs or links appear on ApplyNexo.

In some cases, Traffivo LLC may receive compensation when a user views, clicks, interacts with, applies through, or takes another action involving a job listing or partner link.

These commercial relationships help support the operation of ApplyNexo.

Compensation or a commercial relationship may affect whether certain listings are available to appear on ApplyNexo or how sponsored or promoted opportunities are presented.

Payment to ApplyNexo does not mean that we guarantee or endorse an employer or job opportunity.

Where appropriate or required, paid or promoted content may also be identified directly on the relevant page or near the applicable listing.

6. Job-Search Safety

Job seekers should use reasonable caution when communicating with employers, recruiters, or other people they meet through a job listing.

ApplyNexo cannot guarantee the identity, legitimacy, intentions, or conduct of every employer, recruiter, advertiser, publisher, or other third party associated with information displayed through the Services.

Be especially cautious if someone claiming to offer employment asks you to send money, purchase gift cards or cryptocurrency, deposit a check and return part of the funds, or provide sensitive financial information before the employer has been independently verified.

You are responsible for evaluating an opportunity before providing personal information, entering into an agreement, making a payment, traveling, resigning from existing employment, or taking another action in reliance on a listing.

If you believe a listing available through ApplyNexo may be fraudulent or misleading, please report it to us so that we can review it.

7. Who May Use ApplyNexo

You may use ApplyNexo only if you are legally permitted to use the Services and your use complies with applicable law.

ApplyNexo is primarily intended to help people discover employment opportunities in the United States.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Services. The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under that minimum age.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live, your use of the Services must be consistent with applicable law and, where required, involve a parent or legal guardian.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use ApplyNexo for lawful job-search, informational, and other purposes we authorize.

You may not use ApplyNexo in a way that interferes with the Services, harms other users or our business partners, or attempts to manipulate how traffic or compensation is measured.

In particular, you may not:

• generate fake, artificial, or invalid clicks, impressions, applications, conversions, searches, or other activity;
• use bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, click farms, or similar methods to manipulate traffic;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically download, or extract substantial amounts of ApplyNexo content or data through automated means without our permission, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• bypass rate limits, access controls, robots instructions, or other technical measures intended to protect the Services;
• interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of ApplyNexo;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, databases, servers, or networks;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• use the Services to commit fraud or violate applicable law;
• copy or commercially redistribute substantial portions of ApplyNexo without authorization; or
• use ApplyNexo in a way that infringes the rights of Traffivo LLC or another person.

We may use technical and other measures to identify suspicious or automated activity.

We may limit or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, where activity threatens the Services or our partners, or where doing so is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or invalid traffic.

9. ApplyNexo Content and Intellectual Property

The ApplyNexo website includes materials belonging to Traffivo LLC as well as information and materials originating from third parties.

Except for third-party materials, the ApplyNexo name, branding, logos, original website design, software, graphics, organization, presentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to Traffivo LLC and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Your use of ApplyNexo does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use ApplyNexo for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.

No other rights are granted unless we expressly provide them in writing.

10. Employer Names, Logos, and Source Attribution

Job listings may display the name, logo, trademark, or other identifying information of an employer, job platform, publisher, or other source.

Those names, logos, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on ApplyNexo does not, by itself, mean that the owner sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with ApplyNexo or Traffivo LLC.

Where appropriate, we may identify the source from which job information originated and provide a link to that source.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with ApplyNexo.

By using a link that takes you to another website, you leave the ApplyNexo environment. Information you provide on that website is handled according to that website's privacy practices rather than ApplyNexo's Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy together with these Terms.

12. Changes and Availability

We may change ApplyNexo over time.

Features, job sources, partnerships, search functions, content, and other portions of the Services may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued.

We do not promise that every feature, listing, partner, or source will remain available.

ApplyNexo may also occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. No Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLYNEXO AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TRAFFIVO LLC DOES NOT MAKE WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THEM, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT EVERY JOB LISTING WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, LEGITIMATE, CURRENT, OR AVAILABLE.

WE ALSO DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

APPLYNEXO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USING THE SERVICES WILL RESULT IN AN APPLICATION RESPONSE, INTERVIEW, JOB OFFER, EMPLOYMENT, PARTICULAR SALARY, OR OTHER EMPLOYMENT RESULT.

These disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Limits on Our Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAFFIVO LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, APPLYNEXO.

This includes losses arising from or related to:

• inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, expired, or unavailable job listings;
• conduct or decisions of employers, recruiters, job platforms, advertisers, or other third parties;
• employment or hiring decisions;
• information you provide to a third-party website;
• interactions or transactions between you and a third party;
• reliance on information obtained through ApplyNexo;
• third-party websites or services; or
• interruptions, errors, security incidents, or technical problems affecting the Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAFFIVO LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Your Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful use of ApplyNexo, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights causes a third party to bring a claim against Traffivo LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold Traffivo LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from the resulting claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

16. Restricting or Ending Access

We may restrict, suspend, or block access to ApplyNexo if we reasonably believe someone is:

• violating these Terms;
• creating fraudulent or artificial traffic;
• attempting to interfere with the Services;
• creating a security risk;
• using ApplyNexo unlawfully; or
• engaging in activity that could materially harm ApplyNexo, Traffivo LLC, our users, or our business partners.

We may also discontinue all or part of ApplyNexo.

Provisions that logically need to continue after access ends—including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and disputes—will continue to apply.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our Services, business practices, partnerships, or legal obligations change.

When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the beginning of these Terms and provide any additional notice required by law.

If a change requires your affirmative consent under applicable law, we will request it.

Otherwise, continued use of ApplyNexo after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an updated version, you should stop using ApplyNexo.

18. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent a dispute may properly be resolved in court and applicable law permits the parties to agree to venue, proceedings arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. General Legal Terms

If a court determines that part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, that does not mean we permanently give up the right to enforce it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that expressly apply to a particular ApplyNexo feature, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
